Having recently purchased a home through Grace Van Horne, one of Park Georgia Realty's Representatives, I would like to take a moment of your valuable time to make you aware of her impeccable performance.
I first met Grace through my professional capacity as a Registered Massage Therapist. Certain situations made it possible for me to consider investing in my own dwelling. Having made previous real estate transaction, I was not totally satisfied with the performance of realtors, I considered Grace for the position of my REALTOR®. We first discussed our previous association together, and if we could work together, now that our roles were reversed. We agreed, and I asked her if she could obtain for me some information on several condominium developments which I had seen advertised.
Over the few months, on weekends we went to see what was available on the market and within my price range. This turned out to be quite the education for us both. Although the condominium market seems to be saturated, many are over priced and few are of quality construction. We viewed numerous suites, and pre-construction sales offices, where we viewed floor plans and blueprints.
We both read disclosures, amendments to disclosures, condominium acts, and strata plans. During our quest I phoned Grace almost daily, sometimes evenings as well, in sightings of for sale signs, advertisements and newspaper ads. I was interested in several pre-construction devlopments, and I asked Grace to research future development planning at City Hall which might decrease the property value in the future. After having walked away from several offers, and exhausting all information from M.L.S listings Grace suggested we go on an open house tour to see what was available on the market. Having seen some of the prices from the condominium developments along South East Marine Drive I felt a little discouraged feeling I could not afford such a select area.
I now reside in one those condominiums. It was brand new and was marginally higher than my original price range but I am the type of person who feels you only get what you pay for. Grace left the decision of the higher price to me.
There is one statement that Grace made from our first meeting that will always stick in my mind. "I would rather talk you out of a real estate investment than have you invest in a property which will regret later on:.

I will also state that when it comes time to acquire future real estate investments I will without reservation call upon Grace her expertise and finesse to conduct these transactions.
